The job of Ticket to Work Coordinator (TWC) is to assist beneficiaries to achieve self sufficiency and employment through various methods such as: Career Planning, Job Development Assessment and Training along with coordinating benefits counseling and training. TWC will guide beneficiaries regarding numerous safety nets involved with SSDI, SSI, Medicaid and Medicare or refer to appropriate resource. TWC will also implement various methods to successfully provide virtual services to beneficiaries throughout the USA

Key Responsibilities
* Maintain all aspects of compliance with Social Security Administration contract standards
*Maintain confidentiality and sensitive information as outlined by SSA
*Monitor SSA portal interface to download and upload sensitive documents and information
*Strategically work with multiple departments of Social Security Administration and synthesize and apply information to implement program changes and compliance
*Complete 3 to 5 hours monthly of SSA Ticket to Work training webinars to remain in good standing
*Devise and utilize marketing strategies to maximize growth
*Work with other organizations and community entities to increase awareness
*Successfully learn and implement theprocedures and processes required of a the Employer Network to maintain compliance
*Maintain Suitability Level I Homeland Security Clearance to appropriately manage sensitive beneficiary information

Required Skills
*Effective interpersonal and communication skills
*Proven understanding of Ticket to Work program or related experience working with governmental programs
*High functioning organizational and Management skills
*In-depth understanding of veteran services and eligibility for programs
*Ability to work with little to no supervision
*Creative approaches to leveraging resources in order to assist in company growth

Required Experience
*BA in Business Management
*Knowledge of Social Security Administration or commesurate experience with governmental agencies at local, state or national level
*Case management and employment services background
*Excellent written communication skills & time management
