This position is First shift , Monday - Friday , Pay is $ 14.00 to $16.00 an hour
Job Title: Documentation Clerk
Responsible for creating the documentation turn over packages for the organization.
Position Duties:
1.Assemble documentation binders according to Client specifications.
2.Perform clerical duties related to technical documentation.
3.Photocopy, scan and retrieve engineering documents and drawings.
4.Create and submit Spare Repair Parts List to Sales Department for review and approval.
5.Work with vendors to gather information by phone and email.
6.Monitor status of projects to ensure documentation is submitted according to schedule.
7.Work with project engineers and managers to discuss project workflow and obtain information.
8.Provide assistance to Engineering Administrative Assistant when necessary.
9.Provide backup phone coverage as needed.
10.Obtain serial numbers from incoming parts.
11.Complete special projects as requested.

Placement Criteria
(Minimum education, skill and/or experience requirements as of July 24, 2015.)
1.Position requires a HS diploma or GED and 0-2 years administrative experience or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Post secondary education preferred.
2.Intermediate knowledge of MS Office.
3.Proficient typist (40 WPM).
4.Professional verbal and written communication skills.
5.Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills.
6.Flexibility and the willingness to adapt to evolving job roles within the constantly changing work environment is required.
7.Ability to multi task and change direction on short notice.
8.Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines.
9.Strong organizational skills and quality focus – will be managing tasks for different managers; need to stay focused, organized and produce quality results.
10.Demonstrate willingness to strive for and implement continuous improvements within the department.
