2nd shift 2:00p.m. to 12:00 am  Monday - Thursday

POSITION SUMMARY
Supply the shipping department with needed product. Check in, receive and locate all purchased and manufactured product in warehouse or picking area as needed. Pull outsourcing jobs as needed per shop travelers.


ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
1. Accurately pull product from warehouse per request from shipping clerks (pick card) and take to correct personnel.
2. Accurate use of scanners to scan product in and out of warehouse
3. Accurately set up and operate scales to weigh product for outsourcing or stocking.
4. Operation of fork truck to retrieve items from rack and take them to shipping personnel.
5. Operation of fork truck to put excess product in the rack.
6. Operation of fork truck to retrieve stock needed for shop travelers that require outsourcing.
7. Operation of computer/printer to re-tag product.
8. Accurately check in UPS daily.
9. Accurately check in, tag and put purchased product away daily.
10. Accurately weigh and tag incoming manufactured products as needed.
11. Accurately check in returns, verify product and count, re-tag and re-stock in warehouse.
12. Operation of printer to tag excess product from the shipping areas to re-locate in the warehouse.
13. Fill bins as needed.
14. Contribute to keeping the warehouse clean and safe.
15. All other duties as assigned.

WORKING CONDITIONS
• Continuous movement of material results in hectic, cluttered conditions.
• Operations of fork trucks in high traffic pedestrian areas require extreme caution and attention to detail.
• This job requires standing, bending, kneeling, squatting, and pushing/pulling up to 50 lbs. Use of a hand cart on boxes over 50 lbs.
• Warm and humid in the summer months and cold by dock areas in the winter.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must have good organizational skills and be able to work on more than one task at a time.
Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
Must have good mathematical and computer skills.
Must be able to obtain fork truck certification through the company. Stand up fork truck experience preferred.
